MediTract Enhances Contract Management Processes, Changing the Way Healthcare Does Business™, With TractManager® 4.0

New Personalized Dashboard Provides Quick User Access to Key Functions

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. — February 03, 2010 — MediTract, Inc., the leading contract management service provider exclusively serving the healthcare industry, today announced the latest version of its TractManager® solution, a single solution that provides healthcare organizations with complete visibility and enhanced control over contract information and other business documentation.

TractManager 4.0 includes dozens of new enhancements and has already been released to more than 70,000 users across the country.

TractManager is a comprehensive solution that helps healthcare organizations reduce the costs and risks associated with managing compliance, contracts and business process documentation. The new version enables healthcare users to create "My TractManager" personalized dashboards that display quick reference information at a glance – without the need to search and filter within the contract library or navigate to another site. Enhanced functionality makes it easy to define, store, track and manage the expiration of business associate agreements (BAA) within the contract file. Users also have enhanced search and reporting functionality and the flexibility to schedule reports for delivery at specified times.

In addition, healthcare users have greater control over e-mail notifications sent to individuals prior to contract, certificate of insurance, BAA and critical data expirations. The release also includes new default compliance questions within the database to help organizations keep up with changing regulatory requirements.
