Thomas A. Rizk

Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining MediTract, Mr. Rizk was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based in Cranford, New Jersey. In his tenure, Mr. Rizk built Cali into a leading super-regional REIT where he led the company through its highly successful initial public offering in 1994. He was responsible for establishing Cali's position as one of the fastest-growing publicly traded REITs in the country. At the time of his retirement in April of 1999, Mack-Cali had a total capitalization of more than $3 billion. Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Mr. Rizk was Vice President and General Counsel at Dubnoff & Koch, a New Jersey-based real estate development firm. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Rizk specialized in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate law. Mr. Rizk also spent a number of years in the cable television industry, conducting mergers and acquisitions work during a period of transition and deregulation.

Mr. Rizk received his B.A. degree in business administration from Rutgers University, his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law, and his L.L.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law.

George W. Brown

President

Prior to joining MediTract, Mr. Brown owned his own sales agency which represented Columbia Ski and Sportswear. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Brown was employed by Adidas America as a salesman and managed one of Adidas' top accounts. Mr. Brown received the Robbie award for recognition as Apparel Sales Rep of the Year. In 1984 Mr. Brown founded Earth Outfitters, a chain of retail stores that sold travel and adventure gear. Mr. Brown was recognized as a Young Entrepreneur by the Fort Meyers Fl. News Press.

Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University.

John A. Douglas

Chief Information Officer

Prior to joining TractManager Mr. Douglas founded and served as Managing Member of Monterey Systems which provides software development, information management solutions, and management consulting for legal and healthcare technology markets. Prior to Monterey, Mr. Douglas devised and founded StarLaw where he served as Chief Technology Officer until September, 2008. Following the acquisition of StarLaw by Aderant, Mr. Douglas's served as the Aderant StarLaw Program Manager with global responsibility for the Enterprise Information Management product.

Prior to StarLaw, Mr. Douglas served as Global Director of Trading & Operations for Reuters with jurisdiction over Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East, and Chief Technology Officer at Ease Technologies, Inc. where Mr. Douglas devised, built, and established a core business around the Triad Financial Systemâ„¢ for financial services firms (sold to Reuters in 2002) used by more than 1,500 users and 100 sell-side trading firms worldwide.

Mr. Douglas's additional experience includes tenures at Apple Computer, Alpha Technologies Group, and extensive work for Micro Dynamics, Ltd. in the areas of document imaging, high speed search & retrieval, and process automation / workflow management applications.

Mr. Douglas received a B.A. in English Cum Laude from Georgetown University.

David Paschall

Senior Vice President of Operations / Finance

David Paschall joined TractManager in 2003 and served as Client Services Manager. In 2008 he was promoted to Director of Client Services and Vice President of Operations in 2009. Mr. Paschall previously worked as a Project Manager at a specialized tool and die manufacturer in Paris, Tennessee. In 2010 Mr. Paschall was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations / Finance.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Mr. Paschall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in business. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma's National Honorary Society.

Tony Pirkle

Vice President of Technology

Tony Pirkle joined TractManager in 2005 and is responsible for all technology operations as well as the research and development efforts. Mr. Pirkle previously worked as a Senior Software Developer for Applied Systems, Inc.

Mr. Pirkle is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern University, where he earned Bachelor of Arts in Music and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Matthew Layne

Vice President of Operations

Matthew Layne joined TractManager in 2001 and served as the Operations Manager since 2005. In 2008 he was promoted to Director of Operations. In 2010, Mr. Layne was promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Layne is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

Raymond O'Kelley

Vice President of Business Development

Prior to joining TractManager, Mr. O`Kelley was the Director of Sales for the Western United States at a leading health care compliance software provider. He managed the Western U.S. for Recall Information Management and the Western U.S./Asia Pacific for Imperial Technology prior to that. He is the author of the sales training presentation "Knowledge, Activity, Passion... Get Your K.A.P. On and Keep It On".

A 10-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he medically retired in 1992 after the Persian Gulf War as a disabled Marine.

John Riley

Vice President of Sales

John Riley joined TractManager in 2003 as a Director of Sales covering the Mid-America region. Mr. Riley then went on to serve as the Regional Director of Sales-Southeast Region. In June of 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining TractManager he was involved with various sales organizations, earning multiple production awards.

Mr. Riley is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Dr. Robert Masci

Healthcare Advisor

Dr. Masci is a board certified cardiologist and managing partner of a large group practice. His managerial and clinical experiences span both the federal and private sectors, including twelve years as a military physician. He is an appointed member of his local hospital's strategy and finance committee and serves on his hospital's foundation board. Dr. Masci provides us with a clinical perspective on how our technology interfaces with today's dynamic health care environment.

Dr. Masci recieved his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, his M.D. from Rutgers Medical School, and completed his post-graduate training in the United States Navy.
