MEDITRACT ANNOUNCES THE
RELEASE OF TERMSTM, TIME AND EFFORT RECORD MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Module supports the TractManagerŽ system by streamlining timesheet
management processes required by regulatory bodies
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - February 12, 2007 - MediTract, Inc., the
leading contract management service provider exclusively serving the healthcare
industry, today introduced the Time and Effort Record Management Service
(TERMS), as complementary software to the company's TractManager system. The
timesheet automation module helps healthcare organizations comply with the
regulatory requirements relating to the distribution and collection of
timesheets.
TERMS provides operational efficiencies to healthcare
organizations by automating the collection of monthly timesheets, centralizing
and securing access to restricted data, and minimizing the risks of
non-compliance using a thorough reconciliation system.
"Users of the TERMS module can save countless hours previously
spent on timesheet oversight and regulatory compliance," said Amy Dollarhide,
vice president, client services, MediTract, Inc. "Providing a dynamic
complement to the TractManager system will allow hospitals and healthcare
organizations to further improve their overall operational performance, while
increasing their return on investment."
MediTract's TractManager system provides healthcare managers
and staff with direct, real-time access to all electronically stored contracts
and other business-critical organizational documents. TERMS is the second
complementary module to launch for the TractManager system, with future
enhancements planned for release in the coming months.
